What is your refund policy?

All orders from can be returned for a product refund less the return postage cost within 60 days of delivery. 

No matter the condition — it's a product refund less the return postage cost.

What is a product refund?

The refund will be on the cost of the product only. It does not include a refund of any original shipping costs.

We offer 100% free exchanges or store credit (in the form of a gift card for our online store) for our footwear - no matter the condition. We'd be happy to help you with an exchange or a return for store credit if you prefer. 

How can I return my order for a refund?

To return your order for a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Get your order number (US12345) and the email used to place the order.

Step 2: Complete our returns form:

Step 3: Print out the label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest Post Office. As soon as the info is in the system, the product refund less the return postage cost will be processed.
