At Archies Footwear, your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our returns policy makes exchanges and refunds easy and hassle-free. Please carefully review the guidelines below, as they vary slightly by product range.
EVA Range — Arch Support Flip Flops, Arch Support Slides and Insole Products
60-Day Comfort Guarantee
We offer a 60-Day Comfort Guarantee exclusively for our EVA range (Arch Support Flip Flops and Arch Support Slides) and Insoles range.
You can wear your EVA products and Insoles for up to 60 days.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can return them within 60 days of delivery for a product refund (less return postage), no matter the condition.
Exchanges are free within the 60-day period.
Retail Purchases
The 60-Day Comfort Guarantee applies to purchases made through our official online store only.
Retailers are independent and have their own return policies.
If a retailer cannot assist, you may be eligible for store credit through our 60-day exchange period.
