If the pair you're after is sold out, don't worry, we have a few more shipments arriving in the next few weeks.

Hi there, we have a 60 day returns period for online orders

Exchanges: 100% free - no matter the condition
Store credit: 100% free - no matter the condition
Refunds: no matter the condition - the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost

To start your exchange or refund, please use our Returns Form. 🙂

You'll need your full order number (US12345) and the email used to place the order. You can exchange multiple items from the same order.

If you don't know your order number you can click back on this chat icon and select 'Track and Manage my order', enter your details and select Return on the product you wish to return.

We offer free express shipping when purchasing two or more pairs, standard shipping for one pair is $5.99 and express shipping is $11.99.

Our warehouse is based in Utah, usually, your order is dispatched in 1 day of ordering and the postage can take anywhere between 2-5 days. If you are in a major city they will get to you pretty quickly! 😊

Our express post service is guaranteed 1-2 days delivery, so if you need them urgently I suggest using selecting this service. This is also free of charge when you order two or more pairs.
