If you've purchased your flip flops from one of our retailers, you can also exchange or return them to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase. For all exchanges and refunds, no matter the condition, customers who have purchased from a retailer will be required to pay the return postage cost.
Here's how to use our online returns portal
Please have proof of purchase ready to be uploaded and any photographs that may be required.

- Enter the location of your purchase
- Select your return reason (too big, too small, too narrow, too wide, etc)
- Add the returns value and the product size and colour
- Select your return option (store credit, refund, exchange)
- Upload proof of purchase
#2 Confirm your details and select the arrow to proceed
Please note, you will be unable to proceed to the next page without proof of purchase
#3 Confirm your order summary
#4 Select your shipping options and your payment details and pay for the postage
Once you've completed the payment, you will receive an email from our customer service team as well as our online returns portal to create your shipping label.
Simply print out the label and affix it to your returns parcel and send it off.
As soon as we receive the return, our warehouse will process the exchange/refund or warranty claim.
