All our flip flops are covered by a 6-month warranty. Archies Flip Flops are incredibly strong and durable, and it's very rare for them to break. However, sometimes this can occur due to catching them at the wrong angle, an odd manufacturing fault, or due to prolonged use, and general wear and tear.
Our warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors such as a dog or cat biting the strap.
If you do experience an issue with your flip flops, please do not throw them away as you will be required to return them to us so that we can process the warranty.
(If there are circumstances that prevent you from returning the flip flops, please contact us at customer support and ask the team to escalate it.)

Please also attach the following photographs:
1. A photograph of the issue
2. A photograph of the size stamp (the stamp that has the US, UK, EU sizing)
3. Any additional photographs or info that might help your claim
