We have a 30-day refund period from the delivery of your order for all orders placed on our official online store.
For all refunds — both new and used condition — the customer is required to pay the return postage cost.
You can also opt for a store credit in which case the return postage cost is free.
Return Postage Cost for Refunds
The return postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is therefore subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking plus refunds are automatically processed on the first scan.

How to Return Your Order For a Refund
Step 1 — You will need your full order number (US12345) and the email used to place the order.
Step 2 — Go to our Online Returns Portal
Step 3 — Complete the form with all the details and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange the refund. We will send you an email with a link to pay the return postage cost which will create the label. If you would like to use PayPal to pay the return postage cost, please contact us at customer support.
Step 4 — Print out the label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest Post Office. As soon as the label is scanned, you will automatically be refunded for your original order.
PLEASE NOTE - The refund can only be processed back into the original payment method that you used for the purchase. We will not liable for refunds issued into closed accounts or expired credit cards. If your bank account has closed, please contact us to let us know before we process the refund.
Retail purchase - We are unable to process refund requests for retail purchases. Please contact the retailer if would like to return your pair for a refund.
