If your pair has been used — simply pay the return postage cost — for an exchange or store credit. Please see our 30-day comfort guarantee information for the return postage cost.
How to Exchange Your Order
Step 1— You will need your full order number (US12345) and the email used to place the order.
Step 2 — Go to our Online Returns Portal
Step 3 — Complete the form with all the details and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to arrange your exchange.
Retail purchases: Please contact the retailer to exchange your purchase. If the retailer is unable to assist you or you can't return the pair to the retailer, please contact us at customer support.
