Yes, but it depends on when you order and when you contact us!
If you contact us before the order is ready for picking, we can make an order change. Once the order has been picked, unfortunately, due to the way our system works, we are unable to change the order.
If it is after your order has been picked, then we will issue you a postage label so you can return the flip flops to us.
Orders are picked at 10:30 am each day. If your order is received after 10:30 am, then it will be picked at 10:30am the following day.
If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you realize so that we can correct this and so you can get your flip flops asap!
