Being able to change or cancel your order depends on when you order, when you contact us and if our team gets to your request before the warehouse packs!
If you contact us before the order is ready for picking, we can make an order change. Once the order has been picked, unfortunately, due to the way our system works, we are unable to change the order. Our warehouse aims to make their picking and packing as efficient as possible to get your order out straight away!
If it is after your order has been picked, then we will issue you a return postage label so you can return the flip flops to us and recommend you order again. We will then be able to refund you the pair that you wished to change.
If you have made a mistake, please contact us as soon as you realize so that we can correct this and so you can get your flip flops asap! It helps if you write 'Urgent order change' so our team can try get to it quickly :) We are just a small team so thank you for your patience with this.
